I found this old cleanup when going through bugs related to the Slim and Modular
effort. I'm not sure why it was in two targets.

This is another kind of thing that can pass through the cracks. I don't know if
we
can do something about it (except writing some presubmit check or some async
check
that keep our GN config in a good shape after these efforts).
