Tommi, can you have a look? Peter is OOO for a week (busy with IETF, I guess).

BTW, deleting these files deletes the last non-test use of
firewallsocketserver.h. Don't know what that does, but at least we should be
able to move it to some test-specific directory and build target, as a followup
cl.
