More dead code. 

Do you know the StreamAdapterInterface (which the deleted TransformAdapter
inherits), there are a couple of occurances with git grep, but it's not obvious
to me if it's alive or not.

I believe StreamAdapterInterface is used by the HTTP code that you're deleting
in 2366333002.   DtlsTransportChannel also sort-of uses it, but it uses an
SSLStreamAdapter, not a StreamAdapterInterface, so I think we could delete
StreamAdapterInterface once the HTTP code is gone.

The reason for reverting is: This change broke a downstream application..
