Change a few configurations in AggressiveConfiguration
Set bundle policy to max bundle.
Set rtcp mux policy to required.
Set enable ice renomination to true.
This configuration is used by native applications.

I add low receiving timeout but not continual gathering. 
Since these values may be overwritten in Java and IOS until we remove them from
the Java and IOS configs, so it is not crucial to add it here. 
And I think they should not be put here unless we plan to remove them from the
Java and IOS config. 
continual gathering needs to be kept in the Java and IOS config for the enhanced
version yet.
