This caused the simulated BWE to look a lot different compared to the logged
BWE.

We should add probe ids to the log. I'll ask philip to take a look at that.

lgtm, but please create a bug. I would also like to know what the state of the
simulation will be after this patch. Usable  except that it does not ramp up in
the beginning?
