I'm not sure what you are suggesting to do in this comment.

The idea is that maybe this class doesn't need to implement
RtpPacketSinkInterface at all, since it delegates all real work to |receiver_|,
class FlexfecReceiver. The only thing OnRtpPacket of this class does is taking a
lock, and checking the |started_| flag and the |receiver_| pointer. I'll try to
clarify the comment.
