Have you seen my bike-shed? In it, I put Internal at the end of the name, rather
than at the beginning.
If I were to provide any reason for it, it might make it easier to find when
using an alphabetical index: CreateBuiltinAudioDecoderFactory{,Internal} will be
right beside each-other, whereas {Internal,}CreateBuiltinAudioDecoderFactory
would be far apart.
