Don't have this in the test fixture SetUp. Then if this function fails all your
tests will fail (even the ones that are designed to test different parts of the
code and don't even wants to run compute_metrics)

I did this because MatchIdenticalFrameClusters test needs to call first
compute_metrics and then call FindIdenicalClusters. So I thought instead of
calling it twice to put it in setup function.
