Valid()) and a "NtpTime& operator=(const Clock& clock)" in NtpTime?

I did consider bool operator(), but found that too implicit:

operator=(const Clock&) I didn't consider, but think it is too obscure: it feels
strange to make time equal to clock.
On the other side it might make sense to do reverse and add
NtpTime GetCurrentNtpTime() const to clock interface and change dependency:
clock -> ntp_time (instead of ntp_time -> clock).
