Remove handling unused rtcp packets.
App, ExtendedJitterReport and VoipMetric in ExtenedReports are not
used when received (no callbacks, no state change), so removed.

Because of the current parsing implementation that parse all types of known
packets prefer to leave this tests for now.
Will remove these tests after switching to implementation that wouldn't parse
those types beyond rtcp header.
