I tested this in my local chromium checkout, but since there's no FYI bot to
check it automatically we should probably keep an eye on the clusterfuzz upload
bot when it rolls.

I also have a handful of corpora to add; I figured it would be a good idea to
separate the CLs but could also do it all at once.
