Both this class and ARDSignalingMessage currently translate between the enum and
string version. The conversion in the updated API converts between the enum and
the C++ string. My current thinking is to either put the enum/NSString
conversion in this class and expose it for ARDSignalingMessage or to create a
separate class just for that conversion. Thoughts?
