library not subsystem. These may make more sense in an RTCSSLAdapter.h file. 
Add comments that point at ssladapter.h, and add these methods:

BOOL RTCInitializeSSL();
BOOL RTCCleanupSSL();

In the implementation file just call the relevant C method from ssladapter.h.
