e.g.
Creates a webrtc::VideoRendererInterface surface for an RTCVideoRenderer. The
webrtc::VideoRendererInterface is used by WebRTC rendering code - this adapter
adapts calls made to that interface to the RTCVideoRenderer supplied during
construction.
