Adds tracing to WebRtcSession and corresponding BaseChannel calls to see

PTAL, I'm not responsible for the stripes, but I want SetLocalDescription etc.
to be traced (that I'm responsible for). Right now these are just displayed as
separate Thread::Invoke calls.
