Tested on Linux with the following command lines:

$ ./webrtc/build/gyp_webrtc -Dclang_use_chrome_plugins=1
$ ninja -C out/Release rtc_sound

I'm not familiar with this code (nor am I an OWNER), but the changes are
precisely what you'd expect for fixing chromium style warnings.

There doesn't seem to be any gn build rules for these files. Interesting.
