Oh.  Hmm, I'm not familiar with how TestWithParam<> works.  Can I safely just
change the type inside the tuple and it won't affect any other code anywhere
else (e.g. that invokes this test)?

I think it is just safe to change the first param to size_t, and it looks nicer.
